Course Objectives The aim of this course is enabling students to examine and interpret international trade ecosystem, as well as to cover the principles of export and import activities.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Discuss the rationale behind the multinational enterprises’ role in the global economy
  • Describe the fundamentals of export and import.
  • Compare and contrast export and import procedures and strategies
  • Evaluate challenges and opportunities in export and import operations.
  • Plan and execute export and import operations.
Course Description This course covers the vital aspects of international trade ecosystem from the standpoint of both exporting and importing organizations. Within this context, strategy formulation, procedures and techniques, selection of import/export partners, and management of import/export transactions are covered.
